Time to flip the script: “Thanks for the heads up, brain — I’ve got this from here.”
It’s not denial. It’s deciding who’s in charge.

4️⃣ Don’t self-abandon.
When you feel anxious, don’t shame yourself for it.
Get curious. Get kind. Get supportive.
